The wooden house, built in 2024/25, is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, on the largely unspoiled island of Ada Bojana.

Built directly on the river, within sight-, swim- and walking distance to the Adriatic sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished using sustainable building materials wherever possible.

The cottage is a soul place is for peace seekers, nature lovers, and appreciators. The area is a “quiet zone”, no parties or loud noises are desired or allowed.
