The house is fully equipped and can be lived in comfortably all year round.

There are two air conditioning as well as infrared heaters and a wood-burning stove.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with brand-name appliances.

The furnishings are of high quality, selected with love, everything is as ecological as possible without plastic, the textiles are made of cotton.

The entrance area leads to the first bedroom with double bed, the bathroom and the largeliving/dining area with kitchen. From this area you have a full view of the terrace and the river, from the terrace you can see the nearby Adriatic sea.

The staircase integrated into the living area leads to the upper bedroom with panoramic viewsover the river and the mountains.

The house is semi-detached. You live in one half with your own terrace.

The swimming ladder is in the middle of the terrace and is used by both halves of the house.
