A security deposit is common practice in the vacation rental industry. It covers possible damage and additional costs that may arise during your stay.
Consumption costs are included in the rental price, there are no additional costs. There is a final cleaning charge of €50 per booking.
The deposit is €200 and must be paid at least 5 days before arrival.
The refund will be made automatically within a maximum of 1 week after the departure date, provided that no damage or additional costs have been incurred during your stay. It will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
