Check-in & Check-out
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 3 PM, check-out until 10 AM.
Is an earlier check-in or later check-out possible?
Unfortunately not in summer.
Where do I return the key?
Please return the key as received or place it in the key box.
Do I have to clean before departure?
The house must be handed over swept clean, dishes washed, and the refrigerator and trash emptied.
Booking & Cancellation
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, the General Terms and Conditions apply. Costs may be incurred.
Can I change booking details?
Changes cannot be made online, please contact us directly.
Accommodation Information
Are guests allowed?
No, guests are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination.
Music/parties allowed?
Sound systems and loud music are prohibited, as are parties – see house rules.
Are pets allowed?
Only on request, possibly subject to a fee.
Is there parking?
Parking is available nearby, but not directly at the house.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodations.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi (cable, 95 Mbit/s).
BBQ facilities?
There is an oven in the kitchen; grilling on the terrace is not allowed.
Extra bed for children?
Currently not possible.
Are cleaning supplies available?
Vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket and cleaning supplies are available.
How much does the final cleaning cost?
50 € per stay.

Yes, included.
Payment & Deposit
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, cryptocurrencies upon request.
Why is a deposit required?
For coverage in case of damages or additional costs.
Are there additional costs?
Utility costs are included, final cleaning is 50 € extra.
How much is the deposit and when is it due?
200 €, payable 5 days before arrival.
When will the deposit be refunded?
Within one week after departure, provided everything is in order.
What happens in case of damage?
The costs will be deducted from the security deposit (you will receive an itemized statement).
